Live Plants

Healthy on Arrival Guarantee.All live plants are checked for quality before sale.You must inspect your plant immediately upon arrival.

You must report problems within 48 hours of receiving your plant.
Please send:

-Photos of the plant and packing (especially if damaged)

-Order number & date

 


 

When We Accept Returns / Refunds?

We can offer a refund or replacement if:

The plant arrived dead or seriously damaged.The plant was clearly unhealthy at delivery

What we do NOT Refund

Natural leaf drop, slight wilting from transport (if recoverable).Issues reported after 48 hours.Customer care mistakes (watering, temperature etc) after arrival.

 



Other Products (Accessories, Soil, Pots, Tools, etc.)

Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase/collection.Item must be unused and in original condition & packaging.

 

IF a product is faulty or damaged on arrival:

Report within 7 days.Provide photos.We will offer a refund or exchange in this case.

 


 

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Processing can take 3–10 working days depending on your bank.

 



Return Shipping: 

For change of mind returns,return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.For faulty/damaged goods, we  cover return shipping costs.
