Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.During busy periods or extreme weather, processing times may be slightly longer to protect plant health.
Live Plant Shipping
Live plants are shipped Monday to Wednesday only to avoid delays over weekends.Plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.We do not ship live plants during extreme weather conditions (heatwaves, frost). In such cases, your order may be delayed for the safety of the plant.

Standard delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the box and contents immediately.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report issues within this time frame may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is correct.We are not responsible for:
-Delays caused by incorrect addresses.
-Parcels left in a safe place or with neighbours
-Missed deliveries
Click & Collect Orders
Orders placed for in-person collection must be collected within 7 days of the order being ready.If an order is not collected within this time, it may be cancelled.
Uncollected orders may be cancelled without refund after a reasonable holding period.Please contact us in advance if you require a collection extension — this may be accommodated at our discretion.
